About the role:In this pivotal position you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Residential Aged Care Home, Colthup Manor. Ensure residents receive the highest standard of holistic and individualised care. You'll be accountable for maintaining financial sustainability, driving a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all legislative and organisational standards.

Your day-to-day will involve:

* Leading and supporting a team of care, hospitality and support staff to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
* Overseeing all aspects of the home's operations, including financial performance, staffing and compliance
* Managing occupancy levels, care planning and resident admissions to ensure the best possible experience for residents and families
* Monitoring clinical and hospitality services to maintain high standards of care and continuous improvement
* Collaborating with Regional and Executive Managers on strategy, reporting, and service development

About you:You're an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for person-centred care and building a supportive, engaged team culture. You combine empathy with strong operational skills to ensure the facility runs smoothly and sustainably. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities help you build trust and meaningful connections always upholding dignity, respect and independence.

To be successful, you will have:

* Registered Nurse with Ahpra registration
* Demonstrated experience managing a Residential Aged Care Facility or similar service
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Sound understanding of the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Quality Standards, Statement of Rights, Aged Care Code of Conduct, and WHS requirements
* Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using care management systems
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Driver's Licence
