About the role
- Contribute to patient care within STARS by providing clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of a pharmacist
- Undertake a range of activities to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective pharmacy service
- Contribute to practice and service development, as well as innovative activities that improve medicines management for patients accessing STARS services, that optimise electronic medicines management systems, and that are aligned to organisational goals, professional, legislative and ethical standards

This includes dispensing and medicines funding schemes, inventory management services, compounding of medicines and discharge facilitation
- Showcase organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload effectively with good time management skills, and the ability to make decisions, carry out routine tasks and perform duties responsibly in the absence of direct supervision
- Demonstrate a level of technical proficiency relating to electronic medicines management systems including iPharmacy, iEMR and Pyxis Med
