Job Description
* Provide trusted HR advice across employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and complex investigations.
* Support business units through periods of change including restructures, award interpretation, and enterprise agreement implementation.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to support workforce planning, hiring strategies and onboarding practices.
* Contribute to salary benchmarking, remuneration advice and benefits program development.
* Lead or contribute to HR projects and systems improvements (including HRIS optimisation).
* Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
* Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and uphold the organisation's safeguarding responsibilities.
