Currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a team that deliver unique and unforgettable projects, this is a position for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and all stakeholders.
The Role:
As a member of our clients team you will play a key role in providing administrative and designer support to produce accurate reporting and marketing for clients. Some of the main duties include:
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Preparing agreements for clients
Preparing submissions and reports for clients
Preparing leases and disclosures as required
Creating property brochures & signboards
Editing photography for property listings
Sales and Marketing support
Skills and Experience:
Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property in either Sales or Marketing
Hold a Current Certificate of Registration
Organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
