You'll be supported by a Senior PM and Leasing Administrator, with systems in place that make sense — so you can focus on doing your job well.
The role
You'll manage your own well-maintained residential portfolio.
That means:
* End-to-end portfolio management
* Clear, professional communication with landlords and tenants
* Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections done properly (not rushed)
* Maintenance handled with urgency and organisation
* Arrears managed consistently — no avoidance, no surprises
* Working with a team that expects the same standards you do
Who this is for
You're likely:
* Sitting in a Property Manager role right now
* Have 2 or more years solid property management experience
* Confidence managing a portfolio without hand-holding
* Known for being reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
You take pride in:
* returning calls
* following things through
* and keeping your portfolio under control
Who this is NOT for
This probably isn't the right role if you:

What you'll need
* NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* Solid understanding of residential PM
* Strong, clear communication skills
* A proactive, accountable approach to your work
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
