About the Role

We're looking for a part‐time Conveyancing Secretary to join our small, friendly team in Kincumber. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates with warmth and professionalism.

You'll be supporting a client‐focused conveyancing practice known for clear communication, attention to detail, and genuinely caring about the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing conveyancing documents and correspondence

• Assisting with PEXA settlements and NSW LRS lodgements

• Managing client communication with empathy and clarity

• File opening, compliance checks, and matter management

• Liaising with agents, brokers, solicitors, and clients

• General administrative support and office organisation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in conveyancing, legal administration, or property services (preferred but not essential for the right person)

• Minimum 1-2 years of conveyancing experience is preferred but not essential for this position

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication

• Confidence using PEXA, Smokeball, and Microsoft Office

• A calm, friendly manner and a genuine desire to help clients

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position
