Full Time, 12 Month Traineeship (72.5 hrs per fortnight over 9 days)
Lockyer Valley Regional Council is currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill five (5) Business Administration Trainee positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration whilst undertaking a dynamic and fulfilling role.

These traineeships are proudly funded by the Queensland Government through the First Start Program under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
The salary rates for this position are graded in accordance with the Training Wage Award – State 2012 and Council’s current Certified Agreement. These positions will be based within Council's Information Management Team, Information Communication Technology Team, Business Support and Innovation Team, Infrastructure Delivery Team and Infrastructure Design and Asset Management Team.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia and hold a current drivers licence. Successful applicants will also be required to undertake pre-employment screening which will include a medical assessment, drug screen, and a criminal history check. Please note because these positions are funded by the Queensland Government, strict eligibility conditions apply to applicants.
