Key Responsibilities:
1. Committee operations management, including meeting coordination
2. AGM operations, including chairing meetings
3. Onsite audits and inspections
4. Contractor supervision
5. Candidate communication
6. Familiarity with relevant legislation
7. Adaptability to changing systems and processes
8. Workload prioritization and planning

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in owners corporation management
* A current driver's license
* A police check
