About the roleTake the lead on complex banking and insolvency disputes, working directly with high‐calibre clients on matters that are both technically challenging and commercially significant. You'll collaborate closely with a highly regarded Banking and Litigation Partner, gaining exposure to sophisticated litigation strategy and hands‐on advocacy. You'll have carriage of complex banking litigation files from start to finish, playing a key role in large‐scale disputes alongside the broader Litigation team. Your day‐to‐day work will include appearing in court, drafting legal documents, conducting in‐depth legal research, and managing client relationships with confidence and professionalism.
