Quality Management Role
We are seeking a Quality Manager to support the establishment and maintenance of quality systems and processes across our Residential Aged Care homes in Tasmania.
This role is responsible for facilitating continuous improvement measures, identifying and actioning activities to improve quality indicators and resident outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching and supporting staff onsite to ensure day-to-day compliance with clinical governance standards
* Driving continuous improvement to enhance quality of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
* Ensuring timely completion of monthly audits, reports, and data analysis at the home level
Requirements include experience as a Registered Nurse or other Health Professional, minimum 3 years' experience within the aged care sector, and ability to travel interstate and to both Calvary homes in Launceston.
