Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Manning but able to assist at the other locations in the Metro area necessary. The role requires managing front-desk operations, answer and route phone calls, schedule appointments, assist clients with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks such as maintaining records, trouble-shooting hearing aids, managing correspondence, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for clients.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and clerical skills including record-keeping and scheduling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanour
* Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a front-office environment
* Familiarity with basic computer systems and office software
* Prior experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is advantageous
