Job Title: Operations Manager
The role of an Operations Manager is a pivotal position within any organization. They are responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective deployment of resources to achieve successful project delivery.
This includes managing a range of subsea construction works, working in accordance with relevant legislation such as NOPSEMA and ADAS, and leading a team professionally and safely.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also need to have experience in workforce management, plant operation, and logistics coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in engineering or project management would be highly desirable, but extensive experience in civil construction marine activities will also be considered.
Occupational diving qualification, previous qualification, Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card), and Driver's Licence are mandatory.
