Job Description:
As a skilled tradesperson, you will be working on residential renovations and extensions across Brisbane north and the Moreton Bay region. Your expertise in carpentry will be crucial in transforming tired homes into modern living spaces.
Responsibilities
* Structural carpentry for extensions, reconfigurations, and new builds
* Demolition, framing, fit-off support for bathroom and kitchen renovations
* Deck add-ons, pergolas, and outdoor living projects
* Build-in-underneath constructions and lower-level conversions
* Carports, patios, and general residential additions
* Installing windows, doors, architraves, skirting, cabinetry supports, and finishes
* Measuring and setting out accurately from scopes / plans
* Keeping sites tidy, safe, and respectful in lived-in environments
* Collaborating with the team and trades to solve problems and achieve deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
* Construction white card
* Current driver's licence and reliable work vehicle
* Your own tools of trade
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
