About the Role
* The Change & Capability team in our Transformation practice empowers clients to plan, prepare for, and take advantage of rapid changes to work and their workforce.
* You will play a crucial role in supporting people to adopt and embed changes into their daily work routines.
* You will be part of a team passionate about helping clients with all types of change, including transformational, incremental, technology, organizational, and cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze change impacts, develop change management plans, and deliver change management activities.
* Report on change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
* Create value by growing your change management, learning and development, and continuous improvement skills.
* Be part of client-facing consulting teams that bring together people with varied skillsets to deliver solutions for clients.
Requirements
* A growth mindset – interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing new ideas to the table.
* Collaborative and enjoy working as a team.
* No prior experience is necessary, but you may have some existing experience in supporting an organization to make change.
