We have an exciting opportunity to join Australia's fastest-growing beauty brands as our ECommerce & CRM Manager. This is a full-time role based out of our HQ in Sydney.

You will have 5+ year's experience in a similar role, with proven experience scaling Ecommerce brands revenue year on year. You will also have proven experience leading international expansion of Australian ecommerce stores.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the ecommerce strategy for both brands, scaling digital revenue internationally in line with YOY KPI's
- ECommerce P&L; Management for marketing department - ensuring profitability while achieving KPIs
- Hands on strategy and execution - scaling ecommerce spend profitably
- ECommerce strategy and execution, optimising product imagery/videos, banners, merchandising, inventory, prices, bundles, cross-selling, up-selling, categorisation, shipping (Auspost & DHL) with the assistance of an ECommerce Executive.
- Management of retail ecommerce stores, ensuring imagery is optimised for an increased conversion rate
- Manage SEO strategy and implementation - improving organic keyword rankings, managing redirects, backlinks, sitemap submission, structured data markup and PDP video transcript markup
- Creation and management of CRM loyalty program
- Manage customer service team, ensuring communication with customers is effective, front of house and office management is at required standard of wider team
- Create and manage templates and processes for the Ecommerce team
- Conduct industry research to develop original content ideas and identify new opportunities
- Manage brand folders and ensure these are kept up to date for the wider teams and external requests
- Management and optimisation of Amazon product listings with team
- Currently working with Shopify
**Requirements**:
- Passion for beauty and bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Marketing or related field
- 5+ years' experience in an Ecommerce management role, preferably within a beauty, fashion, retail or agency environment
- Proven experience exceeding KPI's and scaling ECommerce brands revenue through improvement of conversion rate, customer life time value and average order value
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also independently when required
