Technical Solution Consultant - On Property Solutions (Hospitality)
Summary Of The Role
As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will contribute to sustainable sales growth for Amadeus On Property Solutions within the hospitality industry. Partnering closely with Sales Executives and the wider Commercial team, you will help identify and engage prospective customer accounts, support opportunity development, and build trusted, long-term customer relationships. You will use your product knowledge to deliver clear presentations, tailored demonstrations, and practical solutions that communicate the value of Amadeus offerings and support customers throughout their decision-making journey.
In this role you'll
* Identify and qualify target accounts, supporting Sales Executives with strategic outreach and customer engagement
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with agreed sales target
* Collaborate with Sales Executives to prioritize opportunities and align on account strategy across your territory
* Deliver clear, engaging product presentations and tailored demonstrations that address customer needs
* Utilize marketing and GTM content to effectively communicate the value of Amadeus solutions
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep product knowledge and guiding customers through solution capabilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to advance opportunities and close deals
* Support renewals for existing customers, proactively addressing risk accounts and participating in RFP processes where required
About The Ideal Candidate
* Relevant experience in on‐property sales or related commercial roles within the hospitality or Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
* Ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
* Clear and thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal
* Outcome-focused approach with the ability to take initiative while adapting to changing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving environment
* Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in Hospitality, SaaS, or a related field
