Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to lead our acute care services team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating therapy programs and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement occupational therapy programs in acute mental health settings, prioritizing patient needs and outcomes.
2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of patients and their families.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
4. Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals on best practices in occupational therapy.
