Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to oversee payroll, commission, and incentive processes.
This role involves ensuring accurate payment to employees, maintaining data integrity, and troubleshooting any discrepancies.
A Day in the Life
* The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for payroll and sales commission queries.
* They will assist with data entry, validation, and reconciliation, as well as support the calculation, review, and troubleshooting of commissions and incentives.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data consistency across systems is also a key responsibility.
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues or missing information is another essential aspect of this role.
* The candidate will also be responsible for supporting incentive administration and validating pay runs against accounting data.
Data, Systems & Analytics
* The successful candidate will maintain and update spreadsheets, data trackers, and performance dashboards.
* They will utilize Airtable, Hero Pay, and Google Sheets to manage workflows and databases.
* Analysing payroll and workforce data to identify trends, errors, or process improvements is also an important aspect of this role.
* Collaborating with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to align data and enhance processes is another key responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
