What will you do?
* Lead, inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service and culinary creations.
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiencies and quality standards are met.
* Create a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests feel like they are part of something special.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising on quality.
* Mentor and develop team member, nurturing their skills and talents.
A bit about you?
* Proven track record of leading teams to success, with a focus on creating positive and supportive work environment.
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management and inventory control.
* Must have or be willing to obtain the following certificates: food safety/first aid, RSA, and be able to maintain it on an ongoing basis.
* Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
* Willingness to sizzle during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure the success of our restaurants.
