Terry White Chemmart Maddingley are looking for a friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team to provide excellent customer service to the local community.
We have a 9-month maternity leave position available with the opportunity for ongoing permanent part time hours. Hours are every second Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-2pm and be available to work extra hours during the week when suitable to both parties.
Qualifications & experience -
Driver's license
Pharmacy experience preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn is the key.
Good product knowledge on OTC and pharmacy medicines
Excellent communication and selling skills
Good computer/POS skills
Being a team player is extremely important in this role as well as strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer enquiries
Tasks & responsibilities -
High customer service skills to assist customers with enquiries
General duties such as stock control, merchandising, taking prescriptions, cleaning etc..
Willingness to learn new skills and a commitment to the hours and job role.
