As integratedliving Australia continues to grow, we're looking for qualified, compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our amazing team across North Brisbane (specifically Caboolture & Caboolture South) If you're someone who's passionate about helping others live well and independently in their own homes, we'd love to hear from you!

A Day in the Life:
No two days are the same! You'll be out and about in the community, and in clients' homes supporting with things like:
* Companionship – bring warmth and kindness to someone's day
* Domestic assistance – help with light cleaning and keeping homes safe & tidy
* Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
* Transport – drive clients to appointments or assist with the groceries
* Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
* Meal prep – whip up simple, nutritious meals
* Meaningful moments – encourage hobbies, chats, and social connection
You'll be travelling across North Brisbane (specifically Caboolture & Caboolture South). Ideal availability is Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm. Mon, Wednesday, Friday are a must.
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for helping others
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or Willing to obtain)
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or similar)
* A reliable car, driver's licence, and comprehensive car insurance
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
* Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for your daily work
