Job Title: Digital Marketing and Administration Officer


Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Implement marketing strategy and plan campaigns by conducting market research and analyzing competitors.
* Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online engagement.
* Review the impact of social media efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter to subscribers.


Administrative Support:

* Update and maintain important documents, both physical and digital.
* Answer phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant personnel.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless data retrieval.
* File and archive documents efficiently.
* Perform various administrative tasks as required.
