This role is central to building product knowledge, enhancing practitioner capability, and supporting the region’s commercial objectives.This position can be based anywhere in Australia (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide).Key responsibilities include:Designing regional training strategies tailored to local market needsCreating and adapting learning content for various formats and audiencesSupporting onboarding and accreditation for distributors, partners, and providersDriving education across clinical and retail environmentsLeading training efforts for new product introductions and brand initiativesSupporting regional events, conferences, and educational forumsOverseeing the use of digital learning tools and managing platform engagementCollaborating with in-market teams to address knowledge gaps and opportunitiesTracking learning outcomes and providing strategic insights to leadershipAbout You:You are a skilled educator with experience in the health, wellness, or aesthetics sector. You will be confident in presenting to a mix of groups (large and small).
