Job Overview
This role oversees the entire commercial process for digital platforms, including procurement and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to develop stakeholder relationships with internal senior leaders
* Oversee end-to-end procurement, ensuring compliance and value for money
* People leadership for immediate and broader directorate teams, actively participating in Value & Portfolio Management leadership
* Represent senior leaders as required, providing expert advice and recommendations
* Engage with vendors and industry partners to develop strategic partnerships and optimise digital product offerings
* Manage contracts, negotiations and compliance monitoring to secure optimal outcomes
About You:
* Proven experience leading large teams in service delivery environments, developing operationalised processes to align with organisational objectives
* Experience designing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure value and service continuity aligned with platform requirements
* Expertise in negotiation and contract management for large-scale digital platforms
Essential Requirements:
* Procurement and contract management expertise, including SME knowledge on government digital operations
* Significant experience building effective networks and mutually beneficial partnerships
