Your Role - Portfolio Manager
Step into a pivotal role where you will:
* Professionally and efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of strata schemes.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with Councils of Owners to achieve shared goals.
* Prepare budgets, coordinate AGMs, and address urgent scheme matters.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' strata management experience.
* Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (desirable).
* Strong understanding of WA strata legislation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence in using technology (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Apps).
