About the Role
* Representing a leading data centre developer in the delivery of hyperscale and AI data centres.
* Prepare and manage Capex budgets across all data centre related scope including general contractor works and OSE.
* Monitor project costs, manage valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate any variances.
* Work closely with project teams to maintain strong commercial control throughout delivery of the project.
* Develop and manage detailed cost plans and estimates across key project stages.
* Contribute to the tendering process, including preparation of documentation, bid analysis, interviews, workshops and reporting.
* Provide accurate and timely cost information to support decision-making.
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years' experience in pre‐ and post‐contract cost management / quantity surveying.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Strong commercial awareness with experience in quantity surveying, cost control, reporting, and contracts.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment and managing your own workload.
* A proactive and eager team member who takes initiative and consistently seeks opportunities to add value.
* Strong communicator with a collaborative, team‐focused approach.
* Familiarity with CSA & MEP packages.
