We’re on the hunt for a Brand & Design Manager ready to take full ownership of marketing for a leading national design and construct business. This newly created, standalone role offers a rare opportunity to build a brand from the ground up, shape external communications, and drive high-impact creative across multiple touchpoints.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and managing the business’s entire marketing and brand function — from the website and social media strategy through to pitch deck design, project communications and internal campaigns. You’ll create a best-in-class visual identity, maintain consistency across the business, and ensure every external touchpoint reflects the high quality the brand is known for.
You will work closely with senior leadership across business development, people & culture, and operations — bringing together strategic thinking and sharp execution to elevate how the business is seen by clients, talent and industry peers alike.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead all digital content and social media activity, from content planning to copywriting and analytics
* Oversee and evolve the company website to enhance user experience and brand perception
* Create and maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, templates, and internal toolkits
* Own the production and polish of high-impact tender submissions, pitch decks and client collateral
* Develop employer branding and support talent attraction through campaigns, EVP material and careers content
* Lead internal communications including newsletters, event support, and milestone marketing
* Manage creative suppliers including designers, developers, photographers and videographers
* Build marketing systems and scalable design frameworks that uplift and enable others across the business
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a broad marketing role with a strong focus brand, content and have hands on experience in design
* Expertise in digital marketing, content development, and visual storytelling
* Proven ability to own and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns
* Sharp design and layout skills — you're comfortable in InDesign, Canva etc
* Strong writing and editing skills with a clear grasp of tone, messaging and audience targeting
* Experience supporting or leading tender/corporate submissions highly valued
* Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
* A proactive mindset — you're someone who doesn't wait to be told what to improve
