As a Claims Expert, you will provide high-level expertise and manage claims to determine coverage.
Responsibilities
* Handle complex financial lines claims with a focus on client advocacy.
* Provide high-quality technical advice and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring the client's best interests.
* Offer expert advice on policy coverage and interpretation, advocating for clients against insurer indemnity denials.
* Respond to queries, conduct meetings, and liaise with clients, insurers, claimants, and external providers.
* Manage complex claims in accordance with industry standards and Client Service Agreements.
* Identify opportunities for claims referral and collaborate with internal teams on claims issues.
