* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers.
* Strong understanding of Commercial mid-market banking products and ability to analyze financial statements.
* Ability to negotiate and structure complex banking deals.
* Proficiency in evaluating credit risk and managing lending processes.
