ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a thriving WA law firm with offices in Perth and throughout WA. This permanent, full-time role offers a genuine opportunity to shape your career in a way that aligns with your lifestyle.
* Become a trusted advisor guiding clients through employment legislation, workplace relations and Fair Work matters
* Advise on contract disputes, contractor agreements and labour hire arrangements
* Provide strategic advice and practical solutions on complex and sensitive workplace issues
* Represent clients in mediations and adversarial proceedings
* Manage a diverse portfolio of employment matters including disputes, compliance and policy development
* Collaborate with a dynamic team across a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment
ABOUT YOU
* 4+ years PAE within a specialised employment law or workplace relations practice
* Strong knowledge of employment law, Fair Work claims and industrial relations
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience in mediations and adversarial proceedings
* Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical, tailored advice on complex workplace matters
* Demonstrated track record of success managing a diverse employment caseload
* Adaptable, self-starting and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
