We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Strategy Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Shopify and related platforms, along with a proven track record of managing teams and agencies.
The role involves developing and overseeing website strategy, managing the ecommerce store frontend and backend, and optimizing the tech stack to support customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and implementing AgeMate's long-term website strategy
* Managing Shopify CMS, home pages, product pages, FAQs, and visual assets
* Managing integrations across key platforms (Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, etc.)
* Conducting A/B testing on various elements of the Shopify stores
* Managing email marketing campaigns and flows through Klaviyo
* Improving Google SEO and Adwords initiatives
* Automating processes across operations, marketing, and customer support
* Developing custom features and functionalities on Shopify stores
* Analyzing data and generating reports to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce platforms and tools
* Experience working cross-functionally with other departments
* Ability to cost, scope, and manage multiple projects
* Interest in health and longevity products is a plus
