Role Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Kicking off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome.
* Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests personally or over the phone.
* Managing payments for guest bookings and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
* Anticipating guests' needs to offer tailored recommendations and providing assistance with bill issues and restaurant recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills - guests may come to you with concerns or compliments.
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities and create great memories for our guests.
* Fluency in the local language - additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
* Literacy and basic computer skills.
