Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web or software applications
* Write clean, well-structured, and documented code
* Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers
* Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to problem-solving
* Support the implementation of features across frontend and/or backend systems
* Assist in maintaining technical documentation and coding standards
* Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and best practices
* Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams on project tasks
Requirements
* Junior Level (0–2+ years)
* Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar
* Understanding of basic software development principles
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
* Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) or backend (APIs, databases) development
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
General Requirements
* Ability to work independently in a remote‐first environment
* Strong communication skills for technical and non‐technical audiences
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full‐time
