Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Administration Officer (PCCG) to join our growing team on a part-time (0.4 EFT) fixed term until August 2026.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to clinicians and management.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Manage patient referrals, records, and data in line with organisational procedures.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, reports, and other documentation.
- Support the coordination of Telehealth services and related administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clinicians, community palliative care services and key stakeholders.
About you / Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven experience in administration or clerical support, ideally in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative, and adapt to change.
- A compassionate and respectful manner when engaging with patients, families and colleagues.
