We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join the NSW team at Kattsafe.

This role is the vital operational link between our Sales team and our customers — ensuring a seamless journey from quote to delivery. By managing the administrative and logistical details, you'll enable our Sales professionals to focus on strategic growth, while ensuring exceptional service delivery across our established markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate new customer setup and onboarding processes (Academy, Training, Builda and pricing).
* Prepare accurate customer and project quotes in line with company guidelines.
* Manage CRM data integrity, including order tracking, reporting and customer updates.
* Create and maintain CRM deals from daily quote opportunities.
* Capture project deal information against sales orders to support reporting on sales wins.
* Manage Lead Pass-On (LPO) documentation and coordination between Sales and customers.
* Enter and coordinate large quotes for estimating (including Goodman/Frasers projects).
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
* Support office and warehouse consumables ordering (regional offices).
* Provide administrative and wellbeing support to the Regional team (where applicable).
* Assist with People, Safety and Quality initiatives, including PPE compliance and site entry requirements.
About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately.

You will bring
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* An understanding of the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
* The ability to identify and escalation potential sales opportunities or customer issues.
* Experience with order management systems (Infor preferred).
* Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded).
* High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
* Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and other teams.
* Understanding of customer pricing structures, discounts and promotions.
* General office administration experience.
