Lead Generation Manager – Solar & Battery (Door-to-Door)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing door-to-door lead generation team in the rapid-growing solar and battery industry.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to drive results, motivate teams, and deliver quality appointments for consultants.
About the Role
You will recruit, train, and manage a team of 6–8 lead generators focused on generating qualified residential solar and battery appointments.
Your goal is to ensure the team consistently produces high-quality leads that are confirmed and ready for our solar consultants.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, onboard, and train 6–8 door-to-door lead generators
* Manage daily team performance and field activity
* Develop scripts, pitch techniques, and objection handling
* Monitor lead quality and appointment confirmation rates
* Ensure consultants receive qualified and confirmed appointments
* Motivate and mentor the team to achieve targets
* Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
* Work closely with sales consultants and management
What We're Looking For
* Experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation
* Solar industry experience highly regarded
* Previous team leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams
* Organised, reliable, and hands‐on leadership style
* Ability to work in the field with the team when required

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
