About the role: Reporting to the Head of Community Care and Home Care Services, the Clinical Lead is a senior clinical position responsible for: Providing leadership and clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team of Care Managers (including RNs, ENs, and non-clinicians) Driving the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across all community programs Supporting complex client care planning, reassessment, and clinical escalation processes Monitoring and responding to clinical risks, incidents, and compliance requirements Ensuring adherence to the Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Act, and the Support at Home reforms (commencing November 2025) Supporting onboarding, mentoring, and professional development of frontline care staff Acting as a key clinical interface with external providers, allied health, and regulatory bodies What we need from you first: AHPRA registration, post graduate preferred Current Flu vaccination evidence COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate Current National Police Check (not older than 18 months) NDIS Clearance Current driver's license/reliable source of transport Wonderful people skills- can build rapport easily with facilities and their residents while representing CBH What's in it for you then?
