Responsibilities

* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across key markets
* Drive revenue growth across rooms, events, and catering
* Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition
* Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Your Profile
* Proven experience in senior sales leadership
* Success in MICE and corporate event sales ideally within a premium hotel environment in the Melbourne market
* A strong track record of achieving – and exceeding – sales targets
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Strategic thinking with strong business and financial acumen
* A passion for team leadership and development
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
