Operational Leadership
Lead and manage the wellboat operations across our marine sites in Southern Tasmania. This role is responsible for ensuring fish performance and welfare, safety, environment, community, and effective production management.
Key Responsibilities:

* Sustainable Practices: Manage sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impacts.
* Efficient Operations: Plan, support, and initiate fish transfers and bathing operations.
* Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and certification expectations.
