We’re looking for an Events and Administration Coordinator internally known as the Regional Coordinator to join our Central Coast team, someone who can confidently manage events end‑to‑end, support regional communications, and help strengthen engagement with members, stakeholders and partners.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same, from coordinating business forums and networking events to crafting digital content, liaising with local partners, and supporting the smooth running of the regional office
Important note: Due to the nature of events held, the successful candidate will need to ensure they have the flexibility to attend our events in various locations, on occasion, this can mean early starts or late finishes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver regional events end‑to‑end, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and on‑the‑day support
* Manage event registrations, attendee communication, contracts and documentation
* Create event marketing collateral and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
* Manage regional social media channels and update website content
* Support newsletters, invitations and member communications
* Liaise with local chambers, government offices, media and business stakeholders
* Support member enquiries, invoicing and account management
* Coordinate various stakeholder meetings including distributing agendas and minute taking
* Maintain accurate records and assist with office operations and expenses
* Participate in networking activities to build regional presence and relationships
About You
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
* Proven experience coordinating events of various sizes
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
* Confidence using social media, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* A current driver’s licence
