The Account Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this individual is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and target potential customers or clients who would benefit from our SaaS offering.
* Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and work towards closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions align with company policies.
* CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including nurturing leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS product, its features, benefits, and how it solves customer pain points.
* Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of the SaaS solution.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the SaaS landscape.
* Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
* Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong professional network and promote the SaaS product.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be commercially astute, results-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
