Reporting to the Managing Director this role will work closely with the executive team to cover multiple sites and around 150 employees, ensuring that they are the best version of them that they can be. With a change mindset you will drive and innovate various initiatives to take the organization from good to excellent.
This is an end-to-end HR role which will allow you the opportunity to create your own story. Using your previous HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or service industry, this role is one you can develop to be your own.
