About This Role
I-MED Radiology are seeking a Radiographer to join the team in Cairns on a full-time/part-time basis.

Based in our Cairns clinic, a permanent full-time or part time opportunity exists for a Radiographer to join our friendly and collaborative team. As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.
Reporting to the Chief Technologist, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including x-ray, CT and MRI. This role is working between at 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Hourly rate is $40 - 50 per hour pending experience.

Key responsibilities
Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, CT, MRI and Mammography
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
Key selection criteria
Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
