We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our Acute Ward.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Practicing in accordance with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council Competency Standards for Enrolled Nurses
* Assisting with the implementation of care plans under the direction of healthcare professionals
* Demonstrating commitment to person-centred care and best practice standards
* Providing for the physical and emotional needs of residents, patients, clients by assisting with the activities of daily living and encouraging appropriate self-care;
Qualifications required include:
* Current Nursing Registration with the relevant authority

Working hours are varied, up to full-time, and all clinical staff work all shifts across the 24-hour day and seven days a week, inclusive of public holidays.
