Job Role Overview
This is a pivotal role within our Trade Counter team in Toowoomba, supporting engineers and project managers by providing timely access to products for significant projects.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Generating accurate quotes for customers
* Effectively managing stock control and pick/pack operations
* Maintaining a well-organized and safe branch environment
* Conducting occasional deliveries to customers using company vehicles
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with excellent communication skills
* Ability to accurately select orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide precise product information
* Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies
* Valid driver's license and adaptability to work various shifts including weekends
