**Responsibilities**
- Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet KPI standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate property records
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, owners, and stakeholders
- Have an upbeat attitude and team-orientated personality
- Completed Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Proven experience as a Property Manager/ have previously held their own portfolio
- Solid customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
