There's an exciting new opportunity for an experienced customer-centric, insights-led creative CRM Executive to join the Customer team at Stan. No two days will look the same in this role, with a variety of responsibilities from creative ideation and planning multi-channel marketing campaigns, through to optimising lifecycle programs and providing post-campaign analysis.
In the role you will be managing entertainment and sport campaigns from end-to-end and will have the freedom to experiment and identify trends through testing, knowledge sharing and reporting on insights.

The CRM Executive will work in collaboration with internal stakeholders across content and Campaign Marketing, Performance, Social, Brand, Creative Services and Product to develop a best in class approach to both title/event-based campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, while also working closely with the Business Insights team, to champion reporting and customer insights.
In this role you will:
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to produce best practice integrated engagement campaigns addressing all lifecycle stages
* Build, test and execute emails and push notifications for Stan, Stan Sport and Stan Pay-Per-View
* Design and deliver campaign workflows and automations end-to-end
* Support the Customer team with campaign planning, scheduling and managing projects, responding to campaign briefs, designing and deploying journey flows and managing approvals with business stakeholders
* Monitor campaign activity, report on performance and contribute to our test and learn strategy
* Liaise with our Product and Tech teams to leverage our evolving capabilities
* Make data-driven recommendations to the Customer team and broader Marketing department, using evidence obtained by setting up and testing both campaigns and automations.
As you'll own and execute direct marketing campaigns from end to end, on any given day your priorities will shift across creative ideation, copywriting, briefing creative assets, managing stakeholder approvals, audience building, campaign scheduling and post-campaign analysis.
Overall, you will support the Customer team with the development and implementation of the CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Strategy at Stan.
What we're looking for
* 3+ years experience managing CRM initiatives for large scale consumer brands utilizing enterprise level, multi-channel CRM platforms
* HTML experience highly regarded
* Experience managing campaigns from end-to-end, including design, QA, execution, A|B testing, optimization and results analysis
* Working with first-party data to drive business results
* An eye for great creative and a passion for copywriting
* Exceptional communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Entertainment, Sport and subscriptions business experience a big plus
