Purpose of the Role
As the Customer Service Consultant, you will engage with our customers to deliver a high‑quality customer experience, managing towing and assistance request calls, managing cases from end‑to‑end. This role reports into CIS Assist Frontline Team Leader.
The role is based in Kawana on the Sunshine Coast and is an ‘in‑office’ role.
Position Accountabilities
- Focusing on first‑call resolution, manage incoming calls from end‑to‑end
- Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way
- Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures
Knowledge and Experience
- A passion or interest in motor vehicles
- Experience in a customer focused role with a genuine care for helping people
- Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Ability to work in a call centre environment
- Demonstrated experience in identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others
