We are currently looking for a **Key Account Manager** to join our Sales team in Australia. This position is located in our Sydney office reporting to the Regional Sales Director and involves managing a portfolio of installed base customers for Australia & New Zealand business.
You will own the end-to-end experience for your customers and will drive satisfaction and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion and advocacy for Board solutions.
You will work hand-in-hand with the customer to optimise the experience they have with the Board Platform. This requires a passion for serving the customer in a professional, fair and meaningful fashion to ensure that their engagement with Board is truly exceptional.
**Main duties**:
- Work closely with the Board team, and with Partners, achieve the retention and renewals target for the installed base customers.
- Drive incremental business, in the installed base, through up-sell and cross-sell.
- Serve as the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Maintain and broaden a consistent and ongoing level of communication with the customer at a senior level around all aspects of the company, people, solutions and support
- Coordinate all post-sales activity including: onboarding; product training; support and all other processes.
- Match customer needs with product functionality to deliver optimal outcomes and higher take-up.
- Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.
- Work with Customer Marketing to enable alignment with ongoing activities including events, analyst communications and publicity.
- Be a part of regular progress cadence with the team and maintain all sales activities in relevant CRM systems.
**What we look for**:
- 5+ years of customer success or account management in the Business-to-Business SaaS market
- Ability to run multiple sales and engagement cycles
- Experience in working with enterprise customers
- Experience in the CPM/IBP/Analytics domain is preferred
- Experience selling to/engaging the Office of Finance
- Emotionally intelligent and empathetic to customer opportunities
- Passionate, motivated and committed to excellence and teamwork
- Analytical both numerically and from a business value standpoint
