Simple loading & sequencing instructions:
Goal: make the route fast and clean. Always double-check the address before delivering.
1. Prepare the space
• Clear a clean area on the floor.
• Put all parcels there with the barcode facing up.
1. Onboarding (scan everything)
• Scan one parcel and set it to Onboarding.
• Then scan all the other parcels, one by one.
• When finished, validate Onboarding in the app.
1. Optimize the route
• Run Optimization / Sequence in the app.
• Wait until loading/optimization is 100% finished.
1. Give each parcel its stop number
• Take any parcel, tap Sort in the app and see the stop number (example: 42).
• Now for every parcel:
a) Scan it → read the stop number.
b) Write that stop number big on the label (top-left), e.g., "42".
• Keep going until all parcels have a clear stop number.
1. Group the parcels
• Make simple groups by order, for example: 1–10, 11–20, 21–30, etc.
• Keep each group together on the floor.
1. Load the van (smart order)
• Load by stop number (from biggest to smallest):
• Highest numbers go deep inside the van.
• Lowest numbers (1, 2, 3…) go near the door.
• Keep groups together (1–10 together, 11–20 together, etc.).
• Put heavy boxes at the bottom, fragile on top.
1. During delivery
• At each stop, take the next lowest number (2 then 3 then 4…).
• Always read the address on the label and match it with the app before delivering.
If something looks wrong: stop, check the address and the map. Don't deliver to the wrong address.
